So here it is... :)

Well well well. So, I have come to start my own blog :) I love keeping a journal and telling stories, so I figure this would be a good place to begin. You may be thinking why is called "The Perfect Bite" well, anyone that knows me knows what that means. For those that don't...well...I'm quite righteously obsessed with...FOOD! I am a very meticulous, calculated eater. My last bite always is a little bit of the best of everything making it, "the perfect bite" So, this blog will be perfect bites of my life :) Food and otherwise...So here we go!!!!!
